This is window-based software for ‘Personnel Management Information System’. This has been designed and developed for storage / retrieval of various information about all the categories of employees in an enterprise. The information includes personnel bio-data, experience, training, awards, specialization etc. as well as details of authorized posts at various units of organization. It provides details of deployment at various units that may be countrywide. It provides on-line information as well as a variety of MIS reports to the HRD / HRM departments to help various functions of personnel management.
This is software for management of finance and expenditure. This allows the project and finance managers to track the expenditures against the projected finances, all the time. Through this software, various implementing agencies of an enterprise are able to submit their financial requirements and expenditure incurred at various phases of project implementation, on-line. Headquarter managers as well as project managers are able to monitor the expenditure of various agencies. Headquarter is also able to allocate the required funds at various stages.
The system also contains off-line software, which is used by various units for their daily expenditure and other financial details. This off-line system has provisions for automatic update of data from the central server on connection for submitting expenditure details.

Payroll is a Windows based software meant for management of disbursement of salary and keeping records about payments made to all the personnel in an enterprise. The software is meant for HRM departments as well as accounts departments. It is user friendly and has enhanced security features. It enables automatic preparation of salary bills, pay-bill abstract, various schedules and pay slips for the employees. It can also work in a web based network environment.
This is window-based software for monitoring and tracking the implementation of large and small projects. It is basically used to store the information about various stages of a project, like project proposal, approval, details of physical activities, details of projected finances etc. Based on these details, it allows the project managers to constantly monitor the physical and financial progress of the projects and take corrective actions through reiteration. It also generates a variety of MIS reports.
